Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb boneless sirloin tip roast cut into chunks
- 2 cups peeled and cubed buternut squash
- 1 28 oz can no sal added whole peeled tomaoes
- `1 large yellow onion cut into wedges
- 2 fresh fresh pears cut into 2 inch chunks
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Instructuions: Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low power 7 to 8 hours or until roast is tender. Dicide into 6 servings. *recipe prepared by registered dietitans from St Vincent's Health Systems
