- 4 3 oz hin sliced chicken cutlets
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme divided
- 1/2 tsp pepper divided
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced Honeycrisp apple
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 12 oz pkg fresh steam in bag cut green beans
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
- Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle both sides of chicken cutlets evenly with 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon pepper ant the salt. Place chicken in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. 2. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with apple slices and cheese. 3.Bake for 3 to 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done and cheese is melted. 4. While chicken bakes, steam green beans according to package directions. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, remaining 1/4 teaspoon thyme and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add green beans and toss. 5. Divide into 4 servings. Serve freen beans alongside chicken. *Recipe prepared by registered dietitians from St Vincent's Health System.
