  1. Wash and clean fresh brussel sprouts, cut in half. Set Griddle or pan on medium heat. Add 1tsp of Olive oil (More if needed) get hot. Sprinkle Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic, Salt and Pepper on Brussel Sprouts and place on griddle cut side down, Let cook until brown, then flip.Add more Olive Oil and seasonings as needed. Cook until the Brussel sprouts are soft in the middle.
