Slow Cooker Turkey and Butternut Squash Chili
  1. Instructions: heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Turkey, bell pepper, onion and garlic and cook, stirring to crumble, 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Transfer mixture to a slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. cover and cook on low power for about 6 hours. Serve with a dash of hot sauce, and top with shredded low fat cheese, light sour cream, chopped green onions, or fresh cilantro if desired.
