Instructions: For the Steak: Combine ground beef, seasoning and salt. Shape into 4 patties. Heat Oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done . Remove from skillet Keep Warm.
Add Onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and pepper to skillet saute for 5 minutes. Whisk together cornstarch and broth in a small bowl add mixture to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened and vegetables are tender. Return patties to pan, spooning vegetables and sauce over patties. Cook 1 minute or until warm. For the Cauliflower. Combine cauliflower, garlic broth and salt in a saucepan; bring to a simmer Cook 10 minutes or until cauliflower is very tender. Remove from heat, and cool 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to food processor Cover and process until blended. Add Yogurt and butter cover and process until smooth. Add pepper to taste. Serve patties and vegetables over cauliflower.
