  1. 1. For Chicken, Whisk together olive oil and next 6 ingredients. (through black pepper) in a shallow dish. Add chicken breasts to marinade, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place Chicken on rimmed baking dish lined with aluminum foil. 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and a thermometer registers 165 degrees. when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken breast 4.
