At the beginning of the year our new online ordering and pick up service will finally be available!
Here are some FAQs that we have received:
How do I start shopping/sign up? • When the service becomes available you will be able to go to www.cleghernspigglywiggly.com or go to your app store on your mobile device and download the Rosie app and create an account!
Why are we offering the service? • We want to give our wonderful customers the opportunity to save time and effort and still ensure they are receiving the finest meats and produce available.
Are there any fees to the service? • Yes, there is just one low time pick up fee of $4.99 added to each order but if your $130 or more the fee will be waived for you!
How are weighted items picked? • For weighted items, such as produce, deli, meat, and seafood, our associates will choose the items that closely match what you’ve ordered, down to the weight or count. If you have any special instructions (i.e. like ripe avocados) that you would like the picker to follow, please feel free to provide them in the comment section of that item!
What if an item in my order is unavailable in the store? • Our pickup associates are trained to make proper substitutions for out of stock items, so your order will always have the items you need, as close to your original order as possible.
Can I use coupons? • We currently do not accept either gift cards or manufacturer coupons, but often will publicize promotion codes that could save you money via our Facebook and Instagram accounts!
We are excited to hear what you guys expect from the service and please feel free to ask any other questions you may have! ... See MoreSee Less
